In your first 3 months:

You will assemble with your team buddies to make sure millions of players around the world have the best player's experience and community experience possible.Who are we looking for in Game Ambassador?
• A swag for pop culture and a good articulation inGlobal English Language & Indonesian languagewould be helpful for you to interact with millions of players around the world.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree, or master's degree in any field.
• Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in the Customer Support role.
• Strong time management skills.
• Motivated to exceed expectations.
• Strong communicator with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to identify the needs and wants of our players.
