Job DescriptionCreative Collaboration:Work closely with the Creative Director and design team to conceptualize and develop engaging freemium mobile game experiences.
Technical Liaison:Collaborate with tech artists and programmers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the game's functionality.
Design Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive design documents, including wireframes, feature specifications, and game balance guidelines, to guide the development process.
Player-Centric Design:Focus on creating compelling gameplay experiences that drive player engagement, retention, and monetization.
Competitive Analysis:Conduct thorough analysis of competitor games to identify successful strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
Iterative Design:Actively participate in playtesting, design iterations, and evaluation to refine game features and content.
Job RequirementsGame Industry Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in the game industry, with a strong understanding of freemium mobile game development.
Design Skills:Proficiency in creating written designs and utilizing design tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Freemium Game Expertise:A deep understanding of freemium monetization models and strategies is essential.
