Game Developer (Cocos) - Senior Level

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and optimization of mobile and desktop games using Cocos Creator.
Collaborate closely with game designers and artists to deliver high-quality,engaging gameplay experiences.
Implement game features, systems, and mechanics as per project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Provide technical guidance to junior developers and assist in code reviews.
Optimize code for scalability, ensuring games run efficiently on various platforms.
Work with the team to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards for quality and performance.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance gameplay.
Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience in game development with a focus on Cocos Creator or Cocos2d-x.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience with mobile and web game development, with proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
Knowledge of game optimization techniques and best practices.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate clearly across departments.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience mentoring junior developers.
Knowledge of C++ or other programming languages is an advantage.
Familiarity with additional engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
Understanding of UI/UX design and game user flow
