About the role
As a Garden Center Retail Supervisor at WENS HORTICULTURE SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our garden centre in Miri, Sarawak. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience and that our retail space is efficiently managed.
What you'll be doing Supervise and train a team of retail associates to provide excellent customer serviceManage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain an attractive and well-stocked retail environmentDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet store targetsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionAssist in the planning and execution of promotional events and seasonal displaysEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulationsParticipate in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support the overall performance of the garden centreWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in a garden centre or similar environmentStrong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a teamExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skillsProficient in inventory management, merchandising, and sales analyticsA passion for horticulture and a deep understanding of gardening products and trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with retail software and point-of-sale systemsWhat we offer
