Gas Station Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the gas station to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory control.
Monitor and maintain station equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order and comply with safety standards.
Recruit, train, and supervise station staff, including cashiers, attendants, and maintenance personnel.
Ensure staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure customer service excellence and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage station finances, including cash handling, daily reconciliations, and deposit of funds.
Prepare and submit financial reports as required by the head office.
Ensure the station complies with all government and authorities' health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Assist in any other ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Oversee the daily activities and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure the gas station is adequately stocked.
Manage staff and ensure that all employees are properly trained.
Monitor financial performance and ensure that all financial and operational goals are met.
Ensure that all regulations and laws regarding the operation of a gas station are followed.
To do ordering and merchandising in order to ensure the convenience store as per oil company standards.
To conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly stocktake for Fuel and Non Fuel product.
Ensure that safety protocols required for gas stations are followed at all times.
To perform any other duties required by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field.
2-3 years of working experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or service industries.
Local candidates based in Marang, Terengganu are highly preferred.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
