Job Title:Human Resources Adviser

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships across the client group and cross-functional HR Partners.
Act as point of contact for issues and questions within the duties and responsibilities of the Local HR Services Team.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers within the organization (over-the-shoulder support, training, HR related inquiries, etc.).
Answer general questions from employees and assist with various HR processes, such as enrollments of new employees, life events, changes, and other HR-related transactions.
Collaborate with HR specialists and other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Possess a solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Execution of complex Local HR processes in line with existing policies and procedures, assuring high quality data management.
Handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, time and attendance, leave of absence, etc.
Maintain accurate employee records, master data and HR databases.
Prepare and execute reports and create necessary analysis.
Check and verify time & attendance records on a daily/weekly basis.
Manage Time & Attendance systems to ensure accurate employee data and shift schedules.
Provide support in administrative tasks and follow-up on leave system maintenance.
Prepare employee related letters, including employment contracts, travel and visa purposes or any other employment certification letters.
Manage creation of vendors and invoices coding in VIM for HR & Admin vendors.
Keep employees updated on the status of open queries.
Liaise with HR colleagues as required in order to resolve queries.
Prepare and execute communications and necessary follow-up.
Participate in special projects and assignments as directed by the organization.
Demonstrate proficiency in using HRIS to manage compensation and benefits data.
Handle sensitive HR information in a confidential and professional manner.
Perform translation of employee documentation, training and communications to local languages.
Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
About You:
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Fluent in Mandarin, both written and oral.
Additional languages such as Malay, Tamil, Vietnamese, and Thai are appreciated.
Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
Detail-oriented and efficient, able to flex priorities to current needs.
3+ years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
Eagerness to learn local labor laws & social laws.
