The primary focus will be on proactively identifying and engaging with top talent to build a robust pipeline for corporate functions and/or operations. Collaborating closely with corporate recruiters, the GBS Sourcer will leverage various sourcing techniques and tools to identify potential candidates who align with the company's values and specific role requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to identify successful sourcing strategies and fill pipelines.
Collaborate with recruiters to understand specific role requirements and organizational needs.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms to identify and attract potential candidates, i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter.
Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability.
Employ creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
Ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool for current and future organizational needs.
Stay updated on changes in the talent market and adjust sourcing approaches accordingly.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with overall recruitment goals.
Schedule interviews and support admin-related activities.
Administer assessments for top-tier candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Manage agency contracts storage per region.
Manage incoming TA inquiries via the careers page, ensuring candidates are connected to respective recruiters.
Open to get familiar with local policies.
Posting internal and external job advertisements.
About You
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Additional languages such as Malay, Mandarin, or Tamil are appreciated.
3+ years of demonstrated talent acquisition sourcing, encompassing recruitment practices, principles, applications, and methodologies, with proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
Recruitment experience involving a proactive sourcing model and engaging with passive operations candidates and networks.
Experience as a recruiter and manufacturing recruitment experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Exceptional market research and sourcing skills.
Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn.
Proficient in providing administrative support to recruiters throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and managing candidate communication.
Experienced in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to assist recruiters in managing candidate pipelines, organizing applicant data, and generating recruitment reports.
Knowledgeable about HR and recruitment compliance standards, assisting recruiters in ensuring adherence to equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations and data protection laws.
Strong organizational abilities to assist recruiters in prioritizing tasks, maintaining recruitment calendars, and ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment operations.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners, ensuring effective collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
