General Admin Clerk

- Ability to input AR payment/card details
- Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Manage debtors and monitor debtor aging
- Organize and file documents correctly
- Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by the company promptly
- Coordinate delivery arrangements
- Facilitate Lalamove orders for customers and coordinate with delivery site
- Enter product information into the system
- Generate purchase orders, send faxes to suppliers, and compile salesperson orders
- Monitor pending items to ensure timely order completion
- Communicate with site personnel and drivers to minimize errors

-Associate's Degree in a related field.


-Prior administrative experience.


-Excellent computer skills, especially typing.


-Attention to detail.


-Multilingual is preferred especially mandarin speaking.
