Key Responsibilities:  Provide general clerical assistance, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.Accurately input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and colleagues, providing information and assistance as needed. Compile and prepare reports and other documentation as required.Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is a plus.Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
