General Clerk (Stock Receiving - Inbound)

MinimumSPM qualificationor equivalent; diploma holders are preferred.
Experience in stock receiving or warehouse operations is an advantage.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Handle all documentation related to stock receiving, including invoices, delivery orders, and goods receipt notes.
Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy in quantity and quality.
Coordinate with the inventory team to update stock levels and record data accurately in the system.
Communicate with suppliers regarding any discrepancies or damaged goods received.
Ensure all incoming goods are labeled and stored properly in designated areas.
Maintain an organized filing system for all inbound stock-related documents.
Assist in preparing reports on stock receiving activities for management review.
Perform periodic audits of stock records to ensure accuracy.
Support the inventory team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
