Job ResponsibilityPossess good understanding of development project specifications, construction, and designsTake lead on project implementation and oversee site works progress for successful completionPrepare and submit progress reportsCoordinate, monitor, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance and timeline adherenceControl materials and resources allocation requirementsConduct daily or weekly site briefings and updatesHandle escalations from contractorsConduct periodic site inspections for specification and quality adherenceEnsure timely rectification of defects escalationsSupervise and monitor work progress, manage costs/budget, and work performance on-siteResolve work procedure, complaints, or construction problemsImplement policies and SOPs as required by the quality systemManage claims for Loss and Expense and VariationsAssist in identification of changes in the Conditions of ContractMonitor supplier's and subcontractor's performancesControl and verify supplier's and/or nominated supplier's productsTake full responsibility for project final inspection and handoverIdentify necessary remedial and outstanding worksClearly define inspection and test statusesUndertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superiorMake recommendations for key personnel based on background, experience, contract requirements, and workloadPrepare and issue memos or letters to relevant personnelLiaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors for smooth project completionPerform quality checks on project materials and construction qualityAssist in resolving day-to-day issues and challengesComplete tasks and assignments assigned by superiorsUndertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties/tasks as assigned by superiorsDiligent, responsible, and willing to learnSupport management-assigned tasks and assignmentsBe flexible to undertake other duties as determined by managementAssist in any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as neededJob RequirementsMinimum qualification of Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalentAt least 5 years of on-site working experience in the construction industryProficient in deciphering property design drawings and plansAbility to work independently and in a team, under tight deadlines and stressful conditionsStrong project planning and supervising skillsGood oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and OutlookFlexibility to travel outstation and work outside normal hours as requiredPreparedness to adhere to employer's requirements, including occasional evening or weekend work for special events or urgent tasksPleasant personality, independence, smart-working, and strong communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentialityExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAdaptability to changing priorities and schedulesGood physical conditionStrong probability and decision-making skillsJob BenifitsDirect Support and Guidance by SeniorGood Performance and Attitude will be RewardedYearly bonus and Performance Bonus â¢Opportunities for career development and advancementCompetitive Compensation and BenefitsMedical Coverage
