About:We are looking for a Product Specialist who will be assisting in conducting General Insurance & Group Employee Benefits Insurance product research and analysis.
This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager, GI & Group Insurance Department. The RoleResponsibilities : Generate, develop and maintain product documentations and product comparison.Assist in upkeep of product comparison & related systems.Collaborate with IT Team in delivering timely product comparison.Participate in discussions with sales force to gather feedback on product propositions & align business needs.Conduct product research and analyses.Ability to handle product queries from internal/external stakeholders and resolve product issues & enquiries.Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies.Assist in the day to day operations function in the Department.Ideal ProfileRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Insurance or Marketing related disciplines.Preferably with at least 3 - 5 years of working experience.
Experience in insurance-related sales environment & ongoing trends will be a strong advantage.Certifications/licenses – General Insurance Certificates, Health Insurance special skills preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Possess strong traits of analytical mind and good communication skills to articulate ideas in a simplified and laymen manner to stakeholders.Meticulous & attention to details.Proactive, positive mindset and highly adaptable to changes.Creative and innovative thinking.Able to multitask and work well with tight timelines.What's on Offer?Learning opportunities to grow
