**Responsibilities**:1. Maintain and reconcile the company's general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information and resolve any discrepancies.3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.4. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and supporting schedules.5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.6. Prepare and file tax returns and assist with tax audits.7. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes and provide financial analysis as needed.8. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to streamline accounting processes.9. To undertake additional assignment when required.**Job Requirements**1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in General Ledger accounting.3. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.5. Adaptable, flexible and ability to multi-task.6 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7.
