Job Description:Perform expense audits and payment audits in accordance with the financial system.
Prepare journal vouchers based on original vouchers that have been audited for accuracy.
Monthly verification of account balances for anomalies and reconciliation of general ledger and journal entries.
Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in accordance with the prescribed schedule.
Responsible for the calculation, on-time filing and payment of various corporate taxes and fees, coordinating tax matters, answering enquiries from the tax authorities, and handling tax inspections and audits.
Manage the company's fixed assets, ensuring that accounts are consistent, performing regular depreciation, sampling fixed assets, and dealing with the scrapping and sale of fixed assets accounts.
For fixed assets that have not been accepted into the warehouse, maintain statistics on construction in progress, regularly verify the book balance, and track acceptance progress by the business sector.
Provide expense analysis sheets and other analysis sheets on a regular monthly basis to analyze the reasons for fluctuations and the reasonableness of business occurrences.
Monthly statistics on tax payment entry data, as well as water, electricity, and gas energy usage.
Prepare corporate data and reports required by the government and other state departments, ensuring strict auditing for data accuracy and compliance with government requirements.

Requirements:College degree or above, preferably in finance-related disciplines;
3+ years of relevant financial experience;
Good accounting expertise; Excel data processing skills.
Honest, meticulous, outgoing, with good communication skills and teamwork;
