General Ledger Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for monthly closing activities for Business GroupsAnalyze financial information and prepare financial statements.Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.Closing & reporting of Fixed AssetsPreparation & posting of journal entries for Business GroupsPrepare balance sheet reconciliation reports example, bank and payroll.Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting, audit requirements and control procedures.Coordinate & support the quarterly and statutory financial audit.Support root cause analysis of performance issues and support resolution via collaboration with internal customers.Drive continuous process improvements.Job Requirement: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage.Possess good analytical skills, interpersonal skills, independent and self-initiative.
