General Maintenance Worker

This job is about performing various building maintenance tasks like repairs and inspections.

Perform minor building, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary (e.g replace light bulbs, locks, lighting points/switches, paint touch-up etc)
Conduct inspections and identify areas for improvement or repair
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical & mechanical systems
Other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Job RequirementsBasic electrical knowledge
Willingness to attend emergency situations
Good mechanical skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work extended hours
