General Manager, Finance

Job Responsibilities:
Undertake the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions covering financial reporting, taxation, financial planning and management, corporate finance, and treasury. The finance role covers all scopes of the finance functions including corporate finance, taxation as well as financial management and reporting. Review the feasibility study of business development/new land acquisition and liaise with bankers and advisors on the funding and execution of the acquisition proposal. Overseeing company tax planning and overall finance function of the Group. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Job Requirements:
Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) Associate Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) Knowledgable in investment property sector Compliance and Risk Management Leadership and management skills Effective communication
