Implement effective talent acquisition strategies and best practices to attract top-tier candidates across various levels and functions.
Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and measure effectiveness.
Collaborate with department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs efficiently.
Establish and monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other sourcing channels.
Promote a strong employer brand to attract a diverse and skilled workforce.
Requirements Job Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies and processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
