General Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.Assist in the strategic planning for future development of the sites and the business development of operational services.Work in close collaboration with clinical & non-Clinical functions to ensure delivery of world class Rehab services.Identifying and exploring ways and initiatives to control cost and generate revenue.Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for patients, profitability, and market share.Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.Liaises with departments for smooth running of the facility.To oversee facility management in coordination with Facility manager (clinical areas and operations)Monitors quality assurance programs with the safety and other quality control initiativesOversee practice of evidence-based medicine, safety initiatives, quality assurance, Improving clinical performance and implementation of standards in clinical staffParticipate in periodic management meetings to keep management informed of Centres problems and concern.Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved. Professional Experience:  Minimum of 10 years management experience in an allied health field, with acute rehabilitation center experience preferred and ten years practical, clinical experience preferred.Master's degree in an allied health field, hospital administration or business administration.
