Ensure the strategy, processes and measures are in place to move towards a culture where ever increasing employee engagement at the site is evident. Leaders are equipped with skills to support their teams to be able to adapt to and engage in inevitable ongoing change.

-Understands customer demand and delivers promised forecast for the site.

-Ensure transparency and accuracy of financial and other performance data to drive sound and timely decision making within the context of the regional and site strategies.
Education Requirements
• Degree / Master Degree / PhD in any discipline.
• Certificate / Diploma with min 8 years related working experience or equivalent will be considered.
• Technical or Science Degree / Master Degree / PhD / Professional Certification in related discipline.
• Technical or Science Certificate/ Diploma with min 8 years related working experience or equivalent will be considered.
