General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Zag Builders M Sdn Bhd, located in Penang, Malaysia. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects for the company 's operations, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities to ensure the company meets its goals and objectives. The General Manager will also be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team, developing and implementing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a General Manager or in a similar capacity. Strong knowledge and understanding of the construction industry, including project management, operation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, solve, problems, and drive results. Strong organizations and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and deadlines. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language is preferred.
