 Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies for growth and profitability.Manage daily operations, ensuring optimal production schedules and resource allocation.Oversee quality assurance processes to meet industry standards and customer specifications.Prepare and manage budgets; analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.Collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery of quality materials; negotiate contracts.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Drive product development initiatives and process improvements.Report on operational performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in injection molding.Proven experience in operational management, financial planning, and project management.
