Identify potential markets and industries for diversification of product offerings. ? Analyze the demand for customized metal stamping solutions and tailor strategies accordingly. Operational Management: Continuous Improvement Initiatives: ? Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to suggest and implement process enhancements. ? Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and optimize workflows. Capacity Planning: ? Assess production capacity and scalability, making informed decisions on facility expansion or optimization. ? Collaborate with engineering teams to assess and improve machine capabilities. Risk Management: ? Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain or production processes. ? Address and resolve operational challenges promptly. Ensure the resilience of the manufacturing facility against unforeseen challenges. Requirements: ? Degree & Above ? Minimum 20 years experience in Metal Stamping Production field ? Computer literate. ? Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 ? Leadership and Management skills ? Able to communicate internally and externally. ?
