Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for project management, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.
Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones and objectives effectively.
Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance meets or exceeds established targets.
Conduct regular reviews of project profitability, cash flow, and financial performance, and implement strategies to optimize returns.
Ensure all necessary authority approvals are obtained, maintaining strong relationships with relevant government ministries and agencies.
Establish and enforce quality standards across all projects.
Identify, address, and resolve project-related defects and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and safeguard the company's reputation.
Foster continuous improvement by benchmarking best practices in property development and integrating them into company processes.
Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline project management workflows.
Ensure the professional development of project management staff through mentoring, coaching, and training initiatives.
Maintain a high level of stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and alignment between all internal and external parties.
Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the senior management to support the overall objectives of the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in managing large-scale property development projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and quality control processes.
Familiarity with QLASSIC standards and regulatory requirements in property development.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and digital tools.
Ability to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
