Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision.
Lead market expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities, new markets, and untapped segments.
Oversee product launches, promotions, and campaigns to increase market share and brand visibility.
Establish sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the team.
Manage key accounts, distributors, and retail partnerships to maximize revenue.
Monitor and analyze sales data, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Ensure effective implementation of CRM tools and systems to optimize the sales process.
Marketing Oversight
Direct marketing initiatives, including brand positioning, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns.
Ensure marketing strategies comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Oversee the creation of marketing content, such as brochures, social media posts, and educational materials.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Regulatory and Compliance Management
Ensure all marketing claims and product promotions adhere to local and international regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to maintain product and marketing integrity.
Team Development
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the department.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Financial and Operational Management
Manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI.
Oversee pricing strategies to remain competitive while maximizing profitability.
Collaborate with the finance team to track and report on P&L performance.
Partnerships and Networking
Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and trade associations.
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance distribution and market reach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 15 years' experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the health supplement, Pharma or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the health supplement industry.
Proven ability to lead and scale sales and marketing teams.
Experience in digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive revenue growth.
