Responsibilities: ·       Lead the strategic planning and execution of service operations across the ROA region. ·       Develop and implement effective business strategies to meet service delivery and financial performance targets. ·       Manage a diverse team of service professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. ·       Enhance operational procedures and technologies to improve overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction. ·       Engage with key customers to identify their needs and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that enhance customer loyalty and retention. ·       Drive innovative solutions in building technologies by collaborating with R&D and product management teams. ·       Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental guidelines. ·       Manage budget, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability. ·       Provide leadership in talent management processes including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior management role in the service industry, preferably in building technologies or related sectors. Proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence in a service-oriented business. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large, geographically dispersed teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior executives, customers, and frontline staff. Deep understanding of the economic and business environment in Malaysia and the broader ROA region.     WE VALUE:   Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
