Seek new project opportunities to support business growth.Vendor Management & Development Design and oversee a robust Vendor Performance Management System to secure reliable vendors.Lead vendor registration to ensure capable suppliers support supply chain needs.Establish service-level agreements with vendors to guarantee quality and timely services.Policy and Governance Implement SCM policies, guidelines, and governance to ensure integrity, compliance, and risk management.Lead tendering processes to engage reliable vendors, ensuring alignment with SCM policies.Improvement Initiatives Drive SCM improvement programs to enhance supply chain processes, reduce costs, and establish strong control mechanisms.Stakeholder Engagement Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to support smooth operations.Capability Building Develop a framework to build SCM division capabilities, ensuring a skilled workforce meets competency and performance standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.25+ years in the oil and gas, shipyard, or marine industries, with at least 10 years in senior management.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ethical standards and integrity in business conduct.
