Oversee the procurement of materials, services, and contractors/subcontractors.To conduct pre-contract works, including cost analysis of materials and services from various suppliers and vendors, ensuring the most cost-effective solutions for each project.To monitor project schedules and lead efforts in planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing cost control to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.To analyze and assess project-related costs to evaluate feasibility, ensuring financial efficiency and practicality.To review material specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.To procure or agree on the services of contractors and subcontractors involved in the construction phase of the project, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.To finalize tender reports and prepare documentation for the award of contracts, ensuring that all terms are properly outlined and agreed upon.To prepare and finalize contract documents, as well as resolve any outstanding claim issues related to variation orders and final accounts.To oversee the construction-related costs and budgets for all company projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and expenditure control.To plan, organize, monitor, and lead the Quantity Surveying (QS) team, providing guidance on all aspects of QS work to ensure that project goals are met.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.Minimum 12 years of working experience in relevant field with at least 3 – 5 years in a senior managerial role. Good communication and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
