Responsibilities:
Provide clinic consultations to patients seeking medical care with the Company.
Provide care to the sick and injured, promoting health to all categories of patients suffering from medical conditions, diseases, and injuries.
Perform health assessments, obtain comprehensive information and medical history from patients, and conduct thorough physical examinations.
Run diagnostic tests including blood tests, point of care testing, and ultrasound examinations.
Analyze findings and inform patients of their present condition and tentative diagnosis.
Explain the plan of treatment and care, preparing reports for patients.
Order treatment and prescribe medications according to clinic treatment guidelines.
Advise patients on diet, hygiene, and methods for disease prevention, including necessary lifestyle changes.
Document information accurately in the clinic system using the SOAP standard.
Perform procedures, minor surgeries, and treatments according to the Employee's authorized scope of practice.
Administer vaccines and maintain knowledge of immunization schedules.
Provide support for antenatal and postnatal care.
Conduct infant development health checks and scheduled vaccinations.
Refer patients to specialists for specialized treatment.
Make house calls for patients if required by the Company.
Provide medical services following the Cotovia style, ensuring patient satisfaction.
Proactively handle assigned administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Possess a valid medical degree from an institution recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Successfully completed an internship and government compulsory service.
At least 5 years of working experience as a doctor.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Competent in using computer systems and mobile apps.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Strong passion for providing quality, patient-centered healthcare.
Adaptable to the clinic's culture and treatment style.
Working Hours:
Clinic Hours: 9 am - 6 pm (every day including Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays)
8 days off per month (flexibility in off days and availability to work on weekends and public holidays).
