General Worker Maintenance And Electrical

Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance Duties:
? Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and
other facility equipment.
? Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues including wiring, circuit breakers, motors,
and generators.
? Assist with the installation of new electrical systems and equipment as required.
? Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance on tools and machinery.
? Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
2. Electrical Work:
? Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
? Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with relevant electrical codes and
safety regulations.
? Perform repairs on electrical panels, outlets, and switches.
? Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems and components.
3. Safety and Compliance:
? Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
? Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
? Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
? Collaborate with other maintenance workers, contractors, and suppliers as needed.
? Provide assistance and support to other team members to achieve department goals.
? Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance issues and project
updates.
Requirements: ? Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical work or related field
preferred.
? Previous experience in maintenance, electrical work, or a related role.
? Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices.
? Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and general mechanical systems is a plus.
? Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of
a team.
? Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
