As a senior, you will aim to develop key knowledge and skills that will allow you to provide high-quality consultant services. This may take the form of undertaking relevant modelling, analytical research, and design work within your relevant business area. There will be a structured career plan and development program to assist you in attaining the desired level of knowledge and skills.
The Opportunity
• Provide detailed design work across a broad range of projects within Geotechnical engineering and related areas.
• Lead the technical/design input on such projects, ensuring work quality is maintained at the expected standards.
• Review, supervision, and development of technical skills within the team.
• Liaise with other groups within the geography and more broadly across the region, providing particular expertise on Geotechnical engineering.
• Prepare project reports for clients summarising key issues and strategically advising on best outcomes.
Is this role right for you?
• Relevant Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Geotechnical works.
• Familiar with Malaysia and other international Codes and Practices, contract administration, and submission procedures.
• Experience in managing key projects, including the supervision of multi-disciplinary project teams where appropriate.
• Substantial experience in the consulting engineering environment, including the ability to advise clients on cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
