DescriptionActively contribute to the improvement and development of processes and systems.
Continuously enhance the efficiency of processes within areas of responsibility.
Prepare all IFRS-compliant Group reports and other financial documents.
Provide professional accounting and reporting advice to Business Areas and the Finance team, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Group standards, and the Business Code of Practice.
Ensure all queries are addressed promptly, accurately, and efficiently.
Oversee the quality and timeliness of general ledger reconciliations, ensuring follow-up on open items.
Ensure all group and agreed deadlines are met.
Maintain the quality and timeliness of control during period-end closing.
Escalate major issues or red flags to management as necessary.
Conduct monthly meetings with local customer centers before month-end closing.
Establish and maintain appropriate controls over accounting and reporting processes.
Ensure standard operating procedures are kept up to date.
Assist in the training of new colleagues.
Work with internal and external auditors.
Assist local entities and Holdings in completing local statutory reporting obligations.
Collaborate with the AtR, PtP, and OtC teams in the service center.
ProfileAt least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
A university degree in finance or accounting.
Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to lead meetings, video/phone conferences, and presentations.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with major ERP systems (preferably SAP).
Strong communication skills.
Results-driven with a proven ability to execute tasks efficiently.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Highly organized and systematic in approach.
