Project manage gCEG ACT initiatives/projects working in collaboration with business partners.
This position will ensure execution and maintenance of a compliant ACT architecture for eCommerce and eProcurement.
Drive effectiveness and efficiency in ACT processes and tools.
Contribute to hands-on investigations of new solutions and involves project management, responsible for the gathering, planning, design and build, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
This includes monitoring overall progress, milestones and the effective use of resources and budget, and to provide progress/ status reports.
Execute and manage testing and defect management for ACT solutions and perform regression testing.
Provide support to regional eCommerce resources to solve business problems and participate in the development of business system or process recommendations to meet ACT and KGS requirements.
This includes problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes.
Manage change within organization with effective communication across teams/functions.
Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
Flexibility to expand the job scope and participate in Tool/Process systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or solutions in other areas.Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, with typically 9 to 15 years practical experience.
Sales Quote to Cash experience required.
This includes Oracle and Salesforce business process and policy knowledge.
Demonstrated leadership skills
Expertise in conflict resolution
Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional attitude, and demonstrated assertiveness and ability to work with a global/virtual team.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive delivery schedules
Able to work well in a team and independently, willing to learn and work hard and lead where required
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
