About Our Client The company specialises in creating online payment platforms, developing credit systems, and offering financial services to consumers and small businesses globally, ensuring safety and convenience.
Job Description Strategic Projects and Initiatives: Participate in and support strategic C&B projects and initiatives. Policy Design and Improvement: Contribute to the design and enhancement of C&B policies. Incentive Schemes: Co-design and develop various short-term and long-term incentive schemes. Process Management: Drive and coordinate C&B processes, such as the annual compensation review cycle and benefits introduction and implementation. Benefit Design Programs: Contribute to benefit design programs to ensure market competitiveness while aligning with company culture and C&B philosophies. Compensation and Benefit Analysis: Conduct analysis and recommend improvements to compensation and benefit practices to stakeholders, maintaining competitiveness and enhancing employee engagement in each country. HR Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide advice and recommend solutions on compensation and benefits-related issues. Market Benchmarking: Participate in rewards-related surveys, conduct market benchmarking, and analyse trends. The Successful Applicant 8-10 years of experience in developing and overseeing regional/global C&B programs and processes. Preferably has worked in a high-growth, scaling technology environment; experience in the FinTech industry is advantageous. Solid understanding of market conditions across multiple countries and regions, particularly in the SEA and EU markets. Deep knowledge of market best practices, trends, and benchmarking data. Demonstrated ability to implement and integrate effective C&B strategies. Experienced in conducting market benchmarking and trend analysis. Skilled in collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide guidance and recommend solutions on C&B-related matters. Personal Competencies Demonstrated strong analytical abilities. Proficient in translating theoretical knowledge into practical solutions. Exceptional communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese to engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Effective self-management skills when collaborating with remote managers/teams across various countries. Capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent team player.
