Job Description:Support the end-to-end coordination of New Hire Onboarding ProgrammeFacilitate in-person onboarding orientation sessionsAssist with the end to end coordination of functional trainingsContribute to the development of learning content by conducting thorough research, synthesising information and structuring content to ensure clarity and engagementMaintain and update internal trackers and toolkitsRequirements:Currently a Year 3 or Year 4 undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience in project or programme management a plusDetail-oriented so as to ensure a smooth and error-free processHighly collaborative and supportive team playerPassion for learning and developmentFull-time interns preferred, Part-time interns who are able to commit a minimum if 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
