The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong grasp of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Proficiency in English and Chinese is highly desirable, as is the flexibility to be on-call and the ability to travel as needed.
In this role, the Corporate Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our corporate finance initiatives, driving financial strategy, and enhancing shareholder value.
Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes regarding investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the development and execution of financial strategies, including capital structure optimization, funding strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, board members, and stakeholders, highlighting financial performance, forecasts, and strategic implications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to guide financial planning.
• Support the negotiation and execution of financial transactions, including due diligence processes and documentation.
• Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory changes to assess potential impacts on the company's financial strategy.
• Manage and maintain financial models and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect current financial scenarios.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, preparing necessary reports and documentation as required.
• Engage in special corporate finance projects, providing analytical support and insights to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements • Strong foundation in corporate finance, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
• Expertise in financial software and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel and availability for on-call duties.
• Professional demeanor, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
