Terrascope is globally headquartered in Singapore, with teams in India, Japan, Australia and most recently the US. Overview:
As the Global Digital Marketing Manager at Terrascope, you will be at the forefront of all our marketing efforts, executing content projects, running digital campaigns, and building up the content assets that drive brand awareness and engage target audiences for our decarbonisation platform.
You'll play a critical role in accelerating Terrascope's growth by working closely with the commercial team to generate pipeline. Our ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer that has experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS demand generation, and that is passionate about building and scaling an inbound marketing engine.
This role requires a blend of strategy & analytical skills, creative flair and a willingness to go deep and understand the domain of sustainability, climate regulation, decarbonisation and carbon data. The Digital Marketing Manager should be data-oriented and constantly be gathering insights (qualitative and quantitative) on what is working and what is not, and making evidence-based decisions on when and where Terrascope resources are best spent to generate the greatest returns. To succeed, you must be able to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, think globally, and be energised by driving both short- and long- term growth.
Key Responsibilities:Inbound marketing (40%)
Develop and execute ROI-driven PPC, social media, and display ad campaigns that result in high quality leads.
Work closely with commercial team to help nurture high priority prospects to conversion through tailored content, webinars, product updates, newsletters.
Provide end-to-end oversight of the inbound demand channel, identify key metrics to track and own those metrics, and continuously iterate so that Terrascope can meet or exceed those targets.
Content production (30%)
Oversee the creation and execution of various content types, including customer case studies, product demos, webinars, website pages, blog posts, social media assets, and more.
Lead thought-leadership content campaigns that position Terrascope as an industry leader, in collaboration with in-house subject matter experts and external partners.
Equip the commercial team and external agencies with quality collateral to support outbound and ABM efforts.
Website and SEO (15%)
Support website performance and SEO strategies.
Implement on-page and off-page tactics to improve search engine rankings and user experience for both high-conversion and high traffic keywords, across multiple subdirectories and local pages.
Experiment with forms and form-flows on the website, blogs and other landing pages.
Other (15%)
Source and manage vendor/agency relationships and workstreams, as required, to achieve key objectives.
Support the work needed to operationalise the Terrascope brand across everything we do – from refining our brand narrative, to documentation, to ways of working, to providing guidance on elevating the quality and consistency of the experiences we create for our customers, prospects and broader audiences.
Ensure close alignment to the broader commercial, partner, and product teams at Terrascope (including co-delivery of select marketing initiatives alongside key partners).
Role Requirements:Demand Generation skills: Track record of driving results for demand generation and inbound marketing in the B2B enterprise SaaS industry.
Startup mindset: Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably at scale-up stage.
SaaS familiarity: Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription lifecycles, and the unique challenges of B2B (Enterprise) customer acquisition.
Metrics-Oriented: Ability to analyze data to assess campaign performance (e.g., CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs).
Lifecycle Marketing: Ability to nurture leads through the marketing funnel using email, retargeting, and content marketing.
Account-Based Marketing: Familiarity with targeting high-value accounts to create a pipeline aligned with sales goals.
Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or Google Analytics.
Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, working collaboratively across regions and timezones.
Entrepreneurial mindset: Ready to launch small to learn and iterate, and adjust fast to changing company priorities.
Resource Allocation: Ability to optimize marketing spend across channels to achieve maximum ROI.
Expert communicator: A knack for breaking down complex topics into simple narratives and visuals.
Expected to work at least 5 hours a day during Singapore business hours.
Nice to have:6+ years of marketing experience to have built proficiency across the capabilities that we are looking for.
Sustainability domain know-how: climate regulations decarbonisation, carbon data and/or the food & agriculture sector.
Japanese language skills (written and/or spoken).
