Main Responsibilities and TasksAssist in shipboard Safety Management System documentation administration.
Upload documents in Docmap (ensure all documents are in proper format and correctly tagged).
Maintain master tagging list for documents uploaded in Docmap.
Maintain latest version of books and publications (hardcopies & softcopies).
Check & ensure NCs and Observations are correctly populated in Docmap.
Update vetting master list and ensure data are reflected correctly in Tableau Dashboard.
Support in gap analysis preparation for ISO / Vetting standards as required.
Filing and compilation of adhoc data.
Assist with support functions / other duties as may be defined by the Manager.
AccountabilitiesPossess at least a Diploma in HSEQ, Maritime, Business Admin, or any field.
Preferably at least 1 year of administrative task experience.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to maintain up-to-date records of activities defined in main responsibilities.
Accuracy in updating information.
Meticulous attention to detail in updating information.
Initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
Initiative to improve work processes and reports.
QualificationsMandatory requirements:
Appreciation of the shipping industry, preferably with an HSEQ background.
Knowledge of company applications.
Good computer and software skills.
Good communication skills in English.
