Job Description As part of the Global HRIS team, the Global Human Capital Management (HCM) System Expert will report to the Global HRIS Lead and will act as an individual contributor, responsible for the design and the implementation of the Human Capital Management systems and is responsible for transforming operational HR processes to become automated and data-driven.This position will be responsible on a global basis to digitalize hire to retire and administrative processes in the company, partnering with different stakeholders in HR function to make HR systems a real advantage.The HCM system expert will also ensure high standards in terms of data quality and efficiency of operations, updating / delivering processes and tools.
He / She will also ensure the organization is well-trained and improving in terms of data literacy, acting as a liaison between HR business and group HRIS / IT when it relates to system development or system integrations.Main Responsibilities:Digital process design:Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholdersEnsuring consistency in designs and content across all company platformsLeverage technical knowledge to provide best solution to HR practitionersDesigning and implementing digital HR strategies that align with the organization's business goalsLeveraging digital and mobile tools to redesign HR programsBuilding mobile apps to deliver HR servicesDesigning a digital workplace that enables productivity, uses modern communication tools, and promotes engagement, wellness, and a sense of purposeHR system expertise:Act as a data governor for employee master data, maintaining data integrityEnsure secure access to confidential dataPerform data audits to identify and address data issuesIncrease data awareness across the organizationSupport enablement of data driven decision making for the businessEnsure new developments or security updates remain compliant with data protection lawsStandardizing processes and data aligned with industry best practice, to provide a common, consistent foundation to support HCM processes for organizational effectivenessFormalizing and institutionalizing a data governance framework: creating common set of data definitions and focus on data qualityProject implementation/ change management:Act as a point of reference between Global HRIS team and local HR teams to scope, implement, deliver, and maintain global HR systems initiative in his / her scopeAnalyze requests / changes received from the region to ensure global process are well adopted in the region, addressing regional specificitiesBe an active change ambassador, promoting digital transformation and adoption of digital tool to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes in the regionExperiences:5+ years prior experiences on configuring and administering HCM systems (preferably Workday and PeopleDoc)Excellent problem solving and data analysis skillsExperience with HR digital transformation projectsAn experienced professional in HRIS project implementationA solid knowledge of the HR function and HR processes, and you have a high digital dexterity with tools and new technologiesExperiences in managing data (also confidential) and performing analysis to produce dashboards and reports, with expert usage of MS ExcelWork on multi-country or global scopes and collaborate with geographically dispersed teamsPassionate in digitalization and digital transformation, leveraging technology to improve employee experience and overall deliver better servicesNeed to be self-motivated, proactive, able to work independentlyStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyLanguages: English (Fluent)French/Spanish/Portuguese are an added advantageAcademics: Bachelor's Degree in IT/ HR Management or related field of study Additional Information What We OfferWe provide a dynamic and stimulating international environment, which will stretch and develop your abilities and channel your skills and expertise with outstanding career development opportunities in one of the largest and most solid private companies in the world.We offerCompetitive salary and benefits??????Hybrid work available (not applicable to all roles)Pension contributionsAccess to Training and Development Access to Concierge PartnershipsDiversity & Inclusion LDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.
