Proficiency in sales analytics & market research is essential, as your insights will play a crucial role in shaping and achieving our international sales plans and objectives**Key Responsibilities**New Business Development:- Identify and pursue new international business accounts to expand our market presence.- Develop & implement strategic plans to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.Account Management:- Create a comprehensive sales plan in accordance with territory allocation.- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing international accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.- Lead negotiations with international clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.- Ensure timely contract execution and adherence to established deadlines.Sales Analytics and Market Research:- Utilize sales analytics tools to assess market trends, track performance metrics, & identify opportunities for growth.- Conduct research on shopping and purchase behaviour, global market trends, targeted demographics, and competing international and local brands.- Analyse past sales data to determine trends in productivity and develop methods for assessing large amounts of data.- Stay updated on the latest technologies and policies available in the local and global market.Reporting and Meetings:- Provide accurate & timely Sales Forecast reports.- Participate actively in sales team meetings, contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Collaboration and Relationship Building:- Collaborate with other departments to achieve mutually beneficial goals, such as promotional activities and coordinating the launch of new products.- Develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders and current customers to retain business and increase sales.**Job Requirements**- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) key account management, international sales, business development, or a related field.- Exceptional proficiency in executive-level sales analytics and market research.- Strong negotiation skills and executive-level communication abilities tailored for the FMCG industry.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an executive team.- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.- Exceptionally proficient in both written and spoken English.**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
