Job Description Role Summary: The Group Real Estate & Workplace team supports over 40 locations across UK&I, APAC and EMEA regions.
The Lease Administrator is responsible for the management of the lease management system, engaging primarily with the RE&W group, finance and external Real Estate brokers.
You will be responsible for several tasks, as per below: Update and maintain the lease management system, developing system functionality as per business needs Monitor critical lease events including lease end dates, renewal options, and termination deadlines Review of service charge costs, ensuring they are aligned to the budget and lease agreements Review lease payments and process on a monthly or quarterly basis Calculate rent adjustments based on CPI changes as stipulated in the lease agreements Compile lease abstracts and maintain a central library for archived lease documentation • Prepare and compile a variety of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders Triage in-coming lease information requests and questions Work closely with Real Estate team and global partners to ensure databases and records are valid and updated Qualifications More About You: Minimum 3 years of working experience in lease management or real estate Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as the role required you to support global countries and managing global stakeholders Good level of knowledge of Visual Lease or alternative lease management systems Passion for quality – has an eye for detail Ability to manage a very busy workload efficiently and to priorities key tasks Good level of computer literacy and knowledge of key packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Additional Information Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
