SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Global Mobility Lead Working at Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia As a Global Mobility Lead you need to runs through areas of both HR and finance . You would be leading and building mobility solutions and programs to contribute to smother business operations across countries. Being a main point of contact for all key stakeholders your role would be focused towards combination of both strategic as well as operational mobility matters.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Ensures Mobility practices continue to align with Company goals to achieve business strategy, employee value proposition, goals, and values; and ensures successful execution Ensures compliance of global mobility practices in line with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards, and other known relevant policies and guidelines; works cross-functionally with corporate tax regarding PE risk Oversees day-to-day immigration and assignment management processes Track & Monitors key data of relocation, tax, and immigration areas; identifies potential trends and offers cost effective solutions Builds and maintains successful, trusting relationships with all key stakeholders like HR, Finance, Branch Managers Act as the primary resource of information on immigration, tax, employment regulations, and International Assignment policies and processes. Produce relevant reports and analysis WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or relevant business field strongly preferred or equivalent experience. At least 8+ years of relevant working experience within global mobility specific to relocations, assignments, immigration while working cross-functionally with HR, legal, business stakeholders, professional services firm Experience in managing complex cross borders corporate immigration?related matters; specific countries knowledge in APAC & MEA is a strong plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work at both operational and strategic levels Experience in leading transformation and process improvement projects Able to work under complex requirements and tight deadlines Proficient in Mobility developments in the marketspace as well as the future of work WHAT YOU'LL GET Become part of our values: Love the work, Result Count, Take Care, Be Responsible, and Perform as a Team Diversity and Inclusion: Mammoet is committed to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
