Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Global Program Manager based in n Bukit Minyak, Penang .
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do: Monitoring of key milestones ensuring adherence to identified timelines and deliverables of key objectives for specific activities.
Ensure commonality between each of the manufacturing sites.
Part of the escalation process.
Manage customer relationships on a Global basis and is the Customer's single point of contact, Globally for all product programs and operational performance issues escalated beyond site Management.
Facilitate internal communication between Flex vertical partners.
Ensure cost reduction plans are in place to meet customer targets.
Establish and manage Business Resumption plans for all customer commodities
The experience we're looking to add to our team: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. A Master's degree is preferred.
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in materials, sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and/or program administration or related experience.
Good negotiation skills, to make clear agreements with suppliers and internal organizations.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to make complex business decisions.
