**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES****JOB DESCRIPTION**- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand position requirements and team dynamics.- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage with top talent in China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Myanmar, India, and Bangladesh & etc- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and competitive intelligence to enhance recruitment strategies.- Track and report key metrics related to sourcing activities.***JOB REQUIREMENTS**- In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies for diverse markets, including China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Myanmar, India, and Bangladesh & etc.- Familiarity with cultural nuances and hiring practices in the specified regions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in relevant sourcing tools and platforms.**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
