This entails navigating exponential market changes through agile structures, fostering innovation across all aspects of our business, strategically expanding our global footprint, championing sustainability initiatives and nurturing a winning team.Privacy PolicyBy applying to this job posting, you agree with and acknowledge our privacy policy.Main Responsibilities Responsible for advanced industry engineering CCS (cell connection) projects at NPI stage.Responsible for new production line design review and approval.Responsible of RFQ support with regional/site IE for mass production line.Responsible for PFMEA at prototype stage and pre-production stage.Responsible of approval of mass production PFMEA created from reginal/site.Responsible of approval of new production line validation and transfer.Responsible of approval regional/site production workshop plan, layout, site resource plan.Responsible of audit site IE cost control and inventory/routing optimizing.Responsible of approval of SOP design.Periodical meetings with reginal/site IE and provide guidance.Audit reginal/side IE working performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or industrial engineering.10 years of work experience in manufacturing industry, experience in automotive industry is advantageous.At least 5 years in industrial engineering and experience with big projects.Experience in CCA/CCS manufacturing process is highly preferred.Good experience in automation assembly line and production line setting up and ramping up.Familiar with IE tools application and can provide successful examples to show cost saving or line improvement.Understand well EHS requirement.Good experience in PFMEA.Fluent in spoken Chinese and German is a must. Familiar with 2D or 3D design software and MS Office.Able to analyse and solve problems independently.Good ability to work under pressure, deal with priorities in a timely manner.Thisis an onsite position and requires the incumbent to be based in Suzhou.
