Key Responsibilities
Lead theSI&OP processfor the DES franchise, ensuring alignment across global teams and maintaining focus on strategic goals.
Facilitate demand and supply reviews, driving decisions that balance customer needs, inventory levels, and production capabilities.
Dual-Site Manufacturing:Manage net requirements to support dual-site manufacturing initiatives between Galway and Penang, enabling efficient allocation of resources and production planning.
Execution Management:Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain processes, maintaining high service levels and aligning production outputs with franchise objectives.
Demand Management:Collaborate with regional teams to review, adjust, and improve demand forecasts, ensuring proactive responses to market changes.
Inventory Optimization:Monitor inventory performance and recommend actionable strategies to reduce excess, obsolete, and expired stock while safeguarding supply continuity.
Strategic Projects:Contribute to strategic initiatives impacting the global supply chain, identifying risks, and ensuring effective communication and resolution of concerns.
While the focus of this role is on theDES franchise , additional support for other product lines may be required as needed.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5-8 yearsof experience in supply chain, materials management, or manufacturing planning.
Strong proficiency inMicrosoft 365 , particularly for analytics, automation, and process improvement.
Knowledge ofKinaxis RapidResponse ,SAP , or similar supply chain software is beneficial but not required.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
