This individual will assist to identify new business opportunities with the aim to generate revenue, improve productivity and support business growth.
The Role This position will report directly to the Commercial Director.
Identify new business opportunities to generate revenue and support business growth Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify new opportunities and trends. Provide feedback and support to the sales team to improve productivity. Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Stay informed about market conditions and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly Education & Qualification Requirements Degree/higher degree holder in Engineering, Science, Marketing or related disciplines Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Ability to converse in Cantonese is an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint Experience 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the glove industry Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes Possess solid presentation, listening and communication skills Able to work in a fast paced and efficient environment Strong organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects Proactive with the ability to work well independently and as a team Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn Does this sound like you?
