Job Description The GMG team is a global team that ensures the integrity, relevance and unambiguousness of master data across all panels and systems.
It consists of specialists in different areas and is located in different countries.
It collaborates with commercial departments in setting up new product groups, features and values, with the coding teams in the continuous effort to improve coding quality and with other teams in global operations for projects on new panels or new global initiatives and standardizations.
GMG also provides support services to GSC's and local country coding teams, to facilitate high quality data coding.
Providing 1st and 2nd level support to Coding Teams via JIRA within our agreed Service and Operational level agreements Provide product knowledge and make suggestions for future development and improvement of global coding (data processing) Supports the Senior Specialists and Experts in the execution of medium to high complexity tasks, by running root cause analysis and providing feedback or suggestions Support teams members working in the same industry sector during peak periods and vacations Execute basic to medium complexity Mastercoder tasks Foster a cost-effective coding process by supporting initiatives to reduce and / or simplify features and definitions Takes proactive and reactive measures to avoid or correct errors in the product database Supports and suggests potential revisions of the global product definitions, coding manuals and rules for process standardization related to data coding.
