Government Authority Liaison Officer

Full time
Liaise with relevant government authorities, local councils, and agencies to facilitate submissions and secure necessary approvals.
Monitor and manage all submissions and applications to authorities.
Stay updated on the latest authority policies, guidelines, and requirements.
Monitor and be responsible for the arrangement of utility billing, including assessment tax, quit rent, and water bills.
Prepare and compile documentation for all correspondences.
Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the superior as required.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of a Diploma or Degree graduates in Town/Urban planning, Architecture, and Engineering.
Proficient in English and Bahasa, both spoken and written.
Pleasant personality with strong networking and building relationships skills.
Possess own transport.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Motivated, willing to learn, hardworking, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
