We are currently seeking a Graduate Accounts Executive to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur. Successful candidates will be offered fixed-term employment of 2 years.About the JobPerform general ledger and financial reporting functions.
Prepare journal entries in a timely manner.
Prepare working files for quarterly closing purposes.
Perform system inputs for allocated entities in HFM reporting tools for quarterly reporting purposes.
Draft financial statements including statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity, statement of cash flows, and notes to the financial statements.
Perform analysis of financial information as required.
Assist in preparing revenue and expenses analysis schedule for tax computation purposes.
Assist in preparing lease analysis schedule for quarter closing purposes.
Assist in preparing contract assets/liabilities schedule for quarter closing purposes.
Perform balance sheet review and clean-up as required.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulations, accounting policies, and procedures.
Liaise with external auditors as required.
Work is generally reviewed at completion for accuracy and soundness.
Support any related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.About YouBachelor's degree in accounting, professional qualification, or equivalent with more than 3.3 CGPA.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a proactive approach.
Experience in audit, financial reporting, and/or Oracle system will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English.
Detail-oriented.
Able to manage tight deadlines.
